Taco night just got better with the flavors of Baja, Mexico! This deliciously crunchy seasoning is what makes fish tacos shine - just dip fish pieces in egg, dip in Baja Crunch Seasoning, and put in the oven! Vegan or vegetarian? No problem - cauliflower and other vegetables work great as well!
Usage for Fish Tacos:
Please note that you should use fresh fish for best results. Frozen fish contains a lot of water and will result in a less crunchy coating.
Cut any type of white fish into cubes, coat in beaten egg and roll in Baja Crunch Seasoning. Bake at 200C for 8-10minutes.
Jar contains enough product for up to 1.5kg fish.
