It’s BBQ time! This dry rub will transport you to Texas at the drop of a gallon hat. Incredibly easy to use - just rub it on meat or vegetables and throw it in the oven - it’s a great way to transform ribs, brisket and chicken into the true taste of the American South. Pair with a potato salad made with our Potato Salad Love dressing and dinner is ready!
Usage for Ribs (Cooking time is 5 hours total):
Please note that any meat that you roast should be taken out of the fridge at least 1 hour before cooking so for best texture.
Set oven for 150C. Coat ribs in oil and then rub Koko & Roy Deli Texas Style Dry Rub. Place on baking tray, wrap in aluminum foil and roast for 4.5 hours. Raise oven temperature to 200C and remove the aluminum foil. Bake uncovered for a further 30 min. Serve with Koko & Roy Deli Smokey BBQ Sauce and potato salad.
